Lip Syncing in Flash

When I went to Flash on the Beach I attended a session presented by Chris Georgenes. He talked about his experience and methods using Flash to animate characters for tv shows and cartoons. What most appealed to me was his lip syncing examples. I was immediately enthralled and have wanted to try out this technique for myself for a while, even before attending FOTB. Lip Syncing Experiment - Talking Head is a Flash example of that I produced in a few hours. I used FrameSync (developed by Justin Putney), which is what Chris was using, which is a huge time-saver and a great plugin for Flash which, in my opinion, all animators should be using! It allows a lot more control over graphics nested in graphic clips, perfect for lip syncing!
